The AuraPlus (NV-250) from Carson Optical is a portable, digital night vision monocular with a built-in camcorder that takes images and records video of your subject matter. The AuraPlus night vision monocular uses digital technology to provide a bright, clear and sharp image. No more blurry green images using old intensifier tubes that may burn out over time. The AuraPlus contains dual magnification powers up to 2x for close up viewing. The built-in infrared illuminator allows you to use the AuraPlus in ambient light or in total darkness. The AuraPlus boasts an impressive range of 393 feet in total darkness with a 10-degree field of view. The AuraPlus night vision monocular operates on 3 AAA batteries (not included) and includes a soft pouch, USB Charging Cable and a 8GB MicroSD card with SD Adapter. The AuraPlus supports a video resolution of 640x480 pixels and it is extremely lightweight, weighing 5 ounces (without the batteries).
